GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RESERVATION AND PURCHASE CONTRACT AT NAZARET HOTELS AND INFORMATION REGARDING ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING.

Please read these general conditions carefully before proceeding with your purchase. By completing your purchase and payment, you agree to comply with these general conditions, which may be modified at any time, generating new effects from the date of their publication on the service provider’s website. If you wish to read these general conditions in more detail, you may print them on paper or save the document in electronic format.

1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE PARTIES

On the other hand, the person who purchases the products through the electronic address: https://nazarethotels.com, hereinafter referred to interchangeably as THE USER or THE CLIENT.

2. PRICE

2.1. The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website in the “BOOK” section. All taxes, such as the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC), are considered included in the displayed rate.

In case of typographical errors, we reserve the right to withdraw from the transaction.

3. PURCHASE PROCESS

3.1. Accommodation availability at any given time, after selecting the dates and number of nights of stay, is accessible at: https://nazarethotels.com/, in the “BOOK” section, where you must first choose the name of the accommodation, the number of guests specifying adults and children, and the check-in and check-out dates.

3.2. Once the chosen hotel has been selected and the required information has been entered, you may access detailed information about the reservation options among the available accommodation types by clicking on the “Consult” tab.

3.3. From this page you may select:

  • The different options for displaying rates with or without loyalty club discounts activated
  • The room type
  • The selected accommodation regime

Based on the above parameters, the different nightly rate options will be displayed, differentiating between:

  • Room only
  • Bed and breakfast
  • Half board

By clicking on the selected accommodation option, the price per night and the total reservation price will be displayed in the lower right corner. Once the tariff type has been chosen from the available options, the “Select” button must be clicked.

3.4. A new window will open in which you will be required to enter personal details as well as the credit card details necessary to definitively guarantee the reservation and payment, including the following sections:

A. Reservation details:

  • Name
  • Surname
  • Email
  • Telephone
  • Company (optional)
  • Credit card details, requested solely to guarantee the reservation, since final payment will be made at the establishment.

B. Reservation details and conditions:

  • Check-in and check-out dates and total stay duration.
  • Total price of the stay, taxes included.
  • Discounts and promotions applied.
  • Accommodation type and selected rate, broken down per day.
  • Number of occupants.

C. Legal texts and confirmations:

  • Payment: Payment at the establishment. Credit card only as a guarantee.
  • Cancellation: Free cancellation until maximum cancellation date and no-show conditions.
  • Privacy: Acceptance of privacy policy and general conditions.
  • Loyalty Club registration conditions.
  • Newsletter subscription request.

Finally, after accepting the mandatory checkbox for the general reservation conditions and Privacy Policy, the reservation will be confirmed by clicking the “Make the reservation” button.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

The applicable policy will be the one indicated in each case during the reservation process described above.

In general, the user may cancel free of charge until 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to arrival.

To cancel, access https://nazarethotels.com/ in the “View/Cancel reservations” section.

The following must be completed:

  • Reservation code
  • Consultation/cancellation code

Then click the “Continue” button.

5. LEGAL WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

5.1. NAZARET HOTELS shall not be liable for damages caused by errors, omissions, lack of availability, or harmful content transmission, despite having adopted all necessary technical measures.

5.2. NAZARET HOTELS cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.

5.3. If NAZARET HOTELS cannot provide the contracted rooms for reasons beyond its control, it will offer either a full refund or a substitute service of similar category or quality.

6. DATA PROTECTION

In compliance with Spanish Data Protection Law and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, personal data will be processed under the responsibility of NAZARET HOTELS solely for reservation management. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection and limitation by written request to the postal or email address provided, attaching proof of identity.

7. PLACE OF CONTRACT, PARTIAL NULLITY AND JURISDICTION

7.1. Place of performance: Costa Teguise, Las Palmas, Spain. Spanish law shall apply.

7.2. If any clause is declared null, the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

7.3. Courts of Arrecife, Las Palmas, Spain shall have jurisdiction.

7.4. In case of discrepancy between language versions, only the Spanish version shall prevail.
