GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CLUB NAZARET HOTELS
1. Purpose
Club Nazaret Hotels is the loyalty program created by Nazaret Hotels with the aim of offering exclusive advantages to those customers who make their reservations through the brand’s official channels. Registration in Club Nazaret Hotels is free and allows access to promotions, special rates, and other benefits that may be available at any given time.
2. Participating Companies
Club Nazaret Hotels includes the establishments marketed under the Nazaret Hotels brand, managed by the following companies.

- Responsible for Nazaret Apartments, Nazaret Mansion, Nazaret Sol, and Nazaret Urban.
- Hermapebek Lanzarote, S.L.

- Responsible for Nazaret Beach.
The company responsible for the reservation, billing, provision of accommodation services, and handling of personal data will be the owner of the establishment reserved by the customer.
3. Club Membership
Registration in Club Nazaret Hotels can be done through the official website of Nazaret Hotels or during the reservation process. Participation in the program is open to any individual over 18 years of age with sufficient legal capacity to accept these conditions. Each member may only have one personal account. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
4. Program Operation
Once registered, the member can access the exclusive advantages available to Club Nazaret Hotels customers. To benefit from these advantages, it will be necessary to identify oneself using the email address used in the registration or through the access systems enabled at all times.
5. Benefits for Members
Exclusive rates for members, special promotions, limited offers, exclusive campaigns, advance information on news, and additional benefits that Nazaret Hotels may introduce in the future. The benefits offered may vary by establishment, season, and availability. No benefit will be exchangeable for cash.
6. Marketing Communications
Members may receive communications related to promotions, news, special offers, and services from participating establishments, provided that they have previously given their consent.
7. Proper Use of the Program
Nazaret Hotels reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership in case of fraudulent use, duplicate accounts, improper manipulation of promotions, non-compliance with conditions, or behaviors that may harm the company.
8. Modification of the Program
Nazaret Hotels may modify these conditions at any time, as well as the benefits, promotions, or benefits associated with the Club.
9. Suspension or Cancellation of the Club
Nazaret Hotels may temporarily suspend or definitively cancel Club Nazaret Hotels for organizational, commercial, technical, or legal reasons.
10. Voluntary Withdrawal
The member may request to withdraw from the Club at any time through the means enabled by Nazaret Hotels.
11. Personal Data Protection
The personal data provided by members will be processed to manage registration, reservations, program-related benefits, and authorized marketing communications. Data may be shared between Promociones Nazaret, S.L. and Hermapebek Lanzarote, S.L. exclusively for the management of Club Nazaret Hotels and the provision of contracted services.
12. Applicable Law
These conditions will be governed by Spanish law.
13. Acceptance of Conditions
Registration in Club Nazaret Hotels implies the complete reading, understanding, and acceptance of these general conditions.
